At Nin Boutique, we care about giving our customers in United States a smooth, worry-free shopping experience, and that starts with clear, honest shipping terms. 

Delivery Times

Here's what to expect once you place an order:

  • Order cutoff: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add a day to delivery.
  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order goes out with one of our trusted shipping partners.
  • Shipping time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed, including both processing time and shipping time.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Nin Boutique is run by a UK-based business with an office in London. That is only our business contact address, it's not where your order actually ships from.

Your order is fulfilled and shipped through our network of international logistics partners and warehouses, so the shipping origin may be different from the business address listed on our site.

By placing an order with Nin Boutique, you're acknowledging that it may be fulfilled and shipped from an international warehouse or fulfillment center.

Good to Know

  • Delivery times can occasionally shift due to holidays, high order volume, or delays on the shipping provider's end. These are outside our control.
  • Incorrect address details or logistics issues on the carrier's side can also cause delays.

  • Nin Boutique currently delivers within United States only.
  • Shipping is free on every order, with no hidden fees.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can check on your order anytime through our Track Order page.

If your tracking number hasn't arrived or doesn't seem to be updating, just reach out to our customer service team, we're happy to help.

Changing Your Address

  • Address changes are only possible if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once it's on its way, we're unable to redirect it.
  • To update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, either by email at support@ninboutique.com

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that window, processing begins and the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled, but you're still covered by our 30-day right of return under our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

  • If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team right away.
  • If it was delivered while you were out, send us an email so we can help sort out next steps.
