Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or incorrect items

You won't pay a cent. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping costs for you.

Change of mind

If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or the item just isn't for you, return shipping is your responsibility.

Restocking fees

We don't charge any. Ever.

How to Return an Item

1. Reach out to us

Email our support team at support@ninboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Get your return form

We'll review your request and send you the return form with next steps within 24 hours. Please fill it out appropriately and include it in your package.

3. Pack and ship

Pack the item securely along with the return form, and send it back to the following return address with a shipping provider of your choice:

Note: Tracking is non-negotiable with returns. Make sure to share the tracking info with us so we can track your return.

Refund Process

Processing time

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 business days for us to inspect it.

Getting your money back

Once approved, we'll automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank timing

Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? The fastest route is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
