Not currently, we operate entirely online, which lets us keep our prices competitive while shipping across the country.

1. When will my order show up?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed, including both processing time and shipping time

Every order ships with tracking, you'll get an email with the details the moment it's on its way.

2. Is shipping actually free?

It is! Every order within the United States comes with free standard shipping.

3. Where do orders ship from?

While Nin Boutique is headquartered in the United Kingdom, our products are fulfilled and shipped through a network of international logistics partners and warehouses.

So the shipping origin on your order might not match our UK business address, it could come from an international fulfillment center instead.

4. How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also head to our Track Order page anytime to check your shipment's status in real time.

5. Can I cancel after placing my order?

You can cancel within 5 minutes of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet.

6. My product arrived damaged or defective — what now?

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery at support@ninboutique.com with a short description and a few photos of the issue.

Returns and Refunds

1. What's your return policy?

You've got a 30-day return window from your delivery date. Items need to be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. How do I start a return?

    Email our support team at support@ninboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

    2. Get your return form

    We'll review your request and send you the return form with next steps within 24 hours. Please fill it out appropriately and include it in your package.

    3. Pack and ship

    Pack the item securely along with the return form, and send it back to the following return address with a shipping provider of your choice:

    Note: Tracking is non-negotiable with returns. Make sure to share the tracking info with us so we can track your return.

One thing to keep in mind: returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. How long does a refund take once I've returned something?

Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection:

  • You'll get an email confirmation
  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days

Your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a little longer to show up on your statement.
